What is a Cannabis Association?
"Cannabis associations" are associations of adult cannabis consumers, whose purpose is to supply themselves with cannabis collectively, safely, and through a closed circuit and a specific group of people, beyond the reach of third parties, thus avoiding contact with illicit markets.
How does it work?
Cannabis associations are non-profits. No sales take place. Within the framework of legality, members make contributions to enable the development of their common purpose: self-consumption. Self-consumption is not criminally punishable, nor is consumption in the company of others in private spaces.
Who can participate?
Cannabis associations are strictly private, with participation restricted to their members; in fact, the identity and membership status of participating individuals must be verified.

The association "ASOCIACIÓN GREEN HAND HD" is an associative and non-profit organisation, duly registered in the Registry of Associations of Andalucia, established under the provisions of Article 22 of the Spanish Constitution, Organic Law 1/2002 of March 22, regulating the Right of Association, and other current regulations issued in development and application thereof, as well as Law 4/2006 of June 23 on Associations of Andalusia, and other consistent regulatory provisions.
